Across the globe, entire humanity is suffering from the COVID-19 outbreak. Coronavirus infects your nose, sinuses, or upper throat. Improving the natural mechanism of protection (immunity) of the body plays a significant role in preserving optimum health.
It's
well-known saying that "prevention is better than cure". While
COVID-19 does not have medicine as of now, it will be good to take preventive
measures to boost our immunity in these times.
“Ayurveda has a comprehensive knowledge base for preventive care, derived from the concept of 'Dinacharya' - daily regimes and 'Ritucharya' - seasonal regimes designed to maintain a healthy life. This is a science-based on plants,” reads the release of the Ministry of AYUSH focusing on respiratory health.
Preventive
health measures and improvement of immunity with a particular reference to
respiratory health are recommended by The Ministry of AYUSH. These measures are
supported by Ayurvedic literature and scientific publications.
